NMRA
EXCURSIONS 2022 onwards
NMRA is proposing to reintroduce three potential
excursions for next year in the hope that the pandemic will finally
recede and we can, once more, enjoy a day out together.
However, we are aware that many of you, despite the vaccine, may
still be a little cautious about group travel.
You will, no doubt, appreciate that, to keep our excursions at a
reasonable cost, it is essential that we fill our 53-seater coaches.
For this reason - and before anything other than provisional
arrangements are made with venues and the coach company - it would be
useful to know how many of you will be happy to participate in excursions
in 2022.
The proposed excursions reflect those we had to
cancel in 2019, namely:
·
Thursday 12th May 2022:
The Midsomer Murders tour with Thames River Cruise through the
Goring Gap;
·
Early July 2022:
Longleat House and Estate plus the Safari Park;
·
Late September 2022:
The Bursledon Brickworks Museum and Hambledon Vineyard.
(The average cost of NMRA excursions is usually
between £60-£65.)
The following survey is brief and we would be delighted to have your responses. Thank you in advance.
